Small-scale DAB uses lower-power transmitters than the national multiplexes, so coverage is local by design. If you're on the edge of an area, try near a window with the aerial fully extended.
How to tune in
Three steps and you're listeningRetune your radio
Run a full rescan or autotune. Most radios have it under Menu → Full scan (or hold the Scan button). In the car, look for Radio → DAB → Rescan. This picks up any new multiplexes in your area.
Find Pump Radio
Scroll the station list to Pump Radio and select it. The list is alphabetical, so we sit with the other P’s. If we're not there, check you're inside one of the coverage areas above and rescan once more.
Save us as a preset
Hold a preset button to store us, then we're one press away. We're on air 24 hours a day, with live shows through the week — check the schedule for what's coming up, and every show lives on afterwards on Mixcloud.
