Responsible Broadcasting

How we broadcast

Pump Radio is a licensed UK broadcaster. Every track we play is licensed, logged and reported — so artists, songwriters, producers and labels get recognised and paid for the music we champion. This page summarises the music governance policy the whole station works to.

What we stand for

The short version
Licensed

PacketPipe Ltd holds an Ofcom broadcast licence and the music licences required to broadcast recorded music in the UK.

Logged

Every track we broadcast is recorded in our Music Register — where it came from, who supplied it, and the basis on which it's played.

Reported

Playlists from every show feed our royalty reporting, so the people who made the music are paid for it.

Fair

Rights holders with a question or concern get a prompt, fair, good-faith investigation — every time.
